I ordered two of the Backdrop Outlet 20x20 Speedlight Softboxes.

What was delivered, though a 20x20 softbox was not what I had ordered. The softboxes you show have a long mount that supports the softbox for stability on location. The one delivered had a small mount with no support of the box. The softboxes you show have the flash going through a hole in the softbox and would work with the larger sunpak pistal grip flashes I use on location… the softboxes delivered do not.

Notice long bracket under box for support, adjustability and that the flash mounts through the base of the box so height is not an issue.

Box has no way to mount the flash through the walls.
Bracket is clearly not the same. The only way these work together is to mount the softbox to the ring on the bracket but that only gives enough clearance for a small flash to be used with the box. A larger pistol mount flash would over shoot the opening in the back.
